Have been going to back on track for dot physical for two years now. The visits are in and out very little waiting. If you miss place any documents, just give them a call and the documents are emailed for convivence.

Perfect place for DOT PHYSICALS. Very friendly people. Its not a busy place so it didn't take long. Call ahead and they can send you a questionnaire online so when you arrive on site all you have is the physical examination. Me and my wife were in and out in 25 minutes. Will definitely be back!!!!

I visited Back On Track Chiropractic today and WOW what a wonderful experience. Dr. Woods was so kind and incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain what was going on with my back. I would definitely recommend Dr. Woods for all chiropractic needs.
