Dawn got me signed up for a 2 hour, full body, prenatal style massage and it was incredible. She will cater to whatever you need/want out of the session which for me was a scalp massage (relaxation) then down the neck (i get stress migraines from tension here), back, hips, legs, and feet with emphasis on the hips and lower back area.
