This place “rocks” lol! I’m so grateful to have found a studio to practice at. There is a wide variety of classes to choose from throughout the day and evening. Moira (owner) is nice, Kim (manager) is very sweet, and the other yogis seem so welcoming to new people. The best part, imho, is Alex Ali! He’s such a kind soul, very knowledgeable about all things yoga and herbal medicine, and so very patient and helpful with his offerings of the yoga poses. He is the best! Thank you all for being
98% of the classes I have taken here have been absolutely perfect. The other 2% were probably the universe/God/energy telling me that in that moment I needed to slow down and be quiet. By far my favorite Yoga studio. All the teachings are right on time.
For the past 20+ years I have been going to River Rock Yoga & Pilates. It is a far ride for me so that should tell you something about how special this Yoga studio is! So many beautiful things I could express about RRYoga but the ones that stand out the most is the overwhelming love, calmness, kindness, understanding, and compassion I feel from the people that practice there and most of all the teachers every single time I walk in the front door until the time I have to leave. What I have learned is my practice is mine alone and I have learned to love and respect my body. It amazes me what I can do on that mat!
