We had a very positive experience during the year we rented from them. The staff in the office were responsive and friendly. If you take care of the property and follow the lease agreement, you shouldn't have any problems. One area they could improve in is getting maintenance people out to the home quicker. Sometimes it was quick, other times it took a few days. Highly recommend this rental company.

I literally just cold-called Beth King, from Maryland, as soon as we got orders to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She took us on as out-of-state military clients. Beth and Darin did an excellent job managing our numerous rental homes for 12 years thru their company Shoreline Realty. When we decided to put the homes up for sale they did a great job of getting the homes ready to put on the market and they sold quickly for top dollar.
