We had a very positive experience during the year we rented from them. The staff in the office were responsive and friendly. If you take care of the property and follow the lease agreement, you shouldn't have any problems. One area they could improve in is getting maintenance people out to the home quicker. Sometimes it was quick, other times it took a few days. Highly recommend this rental company.
