This guy apparently makes too much money and doesn’t like to do his job and take care of warranty service on ice machines. I contacted this guy in August 2023. It’s now November 2023 and nothing. I’ve had 10 conversations with him over the last four months he still hasn’t scheduled a date to fix my ice machine. All I’ve heard is excuses of how busy he is and he can’t get to me. The “I’ll call you back” lies continue to mount. I finally called the manufacturer and told them to come get this ice machine and bring me a new because this guy apparently doesn’t want to do warranty... read full review

Terrible customer service!! Horrible experience $390 and didn’t fix the problem and no resolution. Not to mention the $85 dollar trip fee to drive to Gulfport from ocean springs that doesn’t go towards your bill if you give them the work. Would recommend calling Jays appliances
