I presently moved to the Blue Springs area and bought a home with 2 units, I had a couple other services come and look over both. Let’s just say I ended up calling to offer the last company ( I was with for over 14yrs ) from my previous home premium pay to service here. They told me about Riddle, to give them a try.
Riddle sent out a tech and within one hour, got my unit working properly!! My family has finally been able to enjoy our evening and the unit has not ran half as much as before. I will not name any of the previous companies, because Riddle for the New Albany/ Blue Springs area is the only one anyone needs to hear about.

I think when a customer comes in and sits in your chair for you to cut their hair you need to listen to that customer you need to do exactly what they say to the best of your ability and knowledge that you went to beauty school for and you need to respect that Customer because it's their hair not yours I encountered on three or four occasions one hair stylist who refuses to do that and it's Kathy and you wouldn't think that she would have enough sense to cut hair to the customer specifications well I've used her on three or four occasions and every time she's messed my hair up very disappointed she's a nice lady but that doesn't cut your hair the lady does

One of the doctors here cost my family thousands of dollars in medical expenses and has proven himself to be morally and ethically deficient. I would advise exteme caution with trusting them with the health care needs of your family.
I’ve seen 3 providers. 2 were good, 1 was great! Dr. Robbins helped me when other providers haven’t cared to. When she couldn’t address my mental health herself, she sent me to someone who could. She’s also the only person I want to see for my long term care. Thank you Dr. Heaven for everything you do!
