The carpets in my dad’s house are at least 25 years old, and haven’t been cleaned in at least 5 years. 3 men live here and they have no issues with spills and mud, so the carpets were hideous and stinky. Mark came out and cleaned all of them (see some before and after pics below) and they look sooooo much better. I’m no longer too grossed out to walk barefoot on them. I’d recommend Mark Fisher and Royal Carpet Ckeaning to everyone I know. He’s professional, friendly, and takes his time to do a good job. The price is very reasonable as well. I called and found the best carpet cleaning company of all time! Mark was very respectful, on time and did an all-around excellent job for me. I will most definitely use Mark again and refer he’s cleaning service to my family in friends.

Mark cleaned 1000 square feet of tile that had not been professionally cleaned since it was installed 20 years ago. I did not think it was possible to get the brown grout back to its original pearl gray . Holy Cow! My floors look brand new! Amazing job! Looking forward to Mark cleaning my carpets next.
