While attending a recent funeral coordinated by Westgate, I was impressed by the professionalism and care shown to the grieving family. The special touches - including the rose ceremony and balloon release - were thoughtful and well-received. The beautiful voices of Kayla and Avery were so beautiful and soothing, and James’ words were truly comforting. It brings me joy to see this level of service available in my hometown.

I'm sure I will run out of space to express the true gratitude I have for Mr. West and Ms. Kathy. I was notified about the passing of my father here in TX (dad in Jackson), and with their help I was able to make complete arrangements with just a few calls and little paperwork exchange. Ms. Kathy was always available to take my calls and guide me thru this difficult process. I can truly say they handled us with the greatest care. At no time did I have to question their sincerity because it was never about the money only the good care of my dad. Because of this type of service I will continue to do business with West Gate Funeral Home.
