We had been trying to get a few plumbing issues fixed through our warranty company for a month and a half. They kept selecting companies that didn’t service our area and who didn’t answer phone calls. The leak in our water heater got so bad it shorted the breaker and we were without hot water for a week before finally giving up on our warranty company.
We called Thorpe and they were at our house within two days. Replaced our water heater for us and got a few other plumbing problems fixed for us all within an hour and a half. Very much appreciated and recommended!

I called Thorpe Sheet Metal on 9/5/2023,Tuesday.
They didn't give me a date or time they could come & fix my pipes?
It leaks if I use my washing machine. Still
waiting? 9/19/2023.
