I have been attending Celeste's classes on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 8-9 and also personal training with her and in one month I have lost over 7lbs 13'. Her class will push you pass your limits. Most importantly we are a family and it's so much fun.... You should give it a try...
I just joined, and I love this place!!! They have alot of various machines and workout equipment to accomplish anyone's goals to get fit. They also have a separate gym for ladies
The main location has two sides; the co-ed and then ladies only. I like that however I wish they would block out windows or put up curtains at the ladies only side. I hate working out and seeing really weird people walking by. Especially at night. Aerobics classes are fun with energetic teachers though
