We made sure to go with licensed and insured professionals and found out the hard way that, that doesn't always provide security. I will be contacting BBB, and I am extremely unhappy with the service from beginning to end. Every year the AC leaks and causes water damage all over the house. The unit sweats to the point it can't keep up. AC units are designed to remove moisture/humidity from the air . . It isn't just to cool the house. This new unit and duct work has costed us a fortune!
