Directions Call Suggest an EditYoga studio offering all-levels vinyasa style flow classes. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 PM and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 8:30 AM. Beginner friendly classes. Come as you are. Drop-in rate is $15. Tuesday evenings are donation based. Everyone is welcome.

So welcoming and fabulous instructors that are extremely knowledgeable!
The most relaxing experience! The instructor Mary Katherine is excellent at accommodating all different levels of experience. Very easy to follow and keep up with. Very comfortable environment! Would highly recommend!
Such a great experience! Great for a group too!
