100000/10 recommend this place to ANYONE. My poor dog had a freak accident resulting in breaking his femur and we were recommended to bring him here for surgery. During one of the most stressful and concerning times of my life they made me feel at ease by calling to update me throughout his whole time there. They let me know I can call them whenever even if I’m just anxious or worried about him. I loved how they had students always checking and spending time with him during his recovery. You could tell my dog enjoyed being loved on by them. They made me feel confident taking him home and explaining his recovery and therapy. This review is so late but better late than never! One year ago my beloved cat was diagnosed with a spinal meningioma at MSU animal hospital by Dr. Torres. It was hard for me as I didn't expect such serious news. We discussed options and a few days later my cat had surgery to remove the meningioma. She has been doing amazing ever since.
Dr. Torres and a vet student named Camille were incredibly kind to me and my cat throughout the entire process, which was emotional for me. In fact every member of the staff and team I interacted with were wonderful, but Dr. Torres and Camille were the two with whom I interacted the most.

Our oldest 12 year old pom Teddy needed surgery where they had to go in and tack up his badder and be neutered due to constant problems he was having. They were very kind and did a great job in aleviating his isssues. My poms life has improved dramatically. I'm thankful for the help they gave Teddy.
