One customer has been using Terminix to deal with a sugar ant problem and has been impressed with the service provided by their technician, Cameron. They noted that he is professional, kind, and always updates them on any relevant information. Another customer shared a positive experience with their serviceman, who noticed their A/C unit was frozen while servicing the outside of their home. The serviceman took the time to send pictures and alert the customer, who was out of town. The customer was impressed with this level of service and thanked Howard Hunt. A different customer also had a positive experience with their serviceman, Kevin Houston, who they described as friendly and excellent at fulfilling their needs to keep pests out. The customer noted that Kevin is a great asset to the company and that they worked with them to make the service more affordable for this retired couple. The only criticism offered by the customers was that the prices are getting high. Services offered include hornet and wasp extermination.
