Visiting family & ended up getting a stye. It was relatively minor, but my son’s 1st birthday was the next weekend & I really didn’t want it to get worse. Was very skeptical I’d be able to get an appt. at an eye clinic with such short notice… especially considering I’m not an established patient, but took a chance & gave them a call anyways. Pleasantly surprised when they said they could see me that day AND they accepted TriCare ? Everyone I came in contact with (secretary, techs, and doctor) were so incredibly nice. I saw Dr. E. Have been dealing with primary eyecare and optical of meridian for about 6 years now and I've had only great experiences. Dr Smith is very knowledgeable and thorough with his exams and doesn't mind explaining things so I can understand. I'm diabetic and he really keeps a check on everything that can be affected by it. I highly recommend them for all of your optical needs.
They were super helpful throughout my visit. I'm also pleased they put my new lenses in my old frames. This is the first time I was not pressured to buy new frames when I asked to put the new lenses in my old frames.
