This was my first time there. They were friendly and the water for the foot soaker was a little on the hot side but I didn't say anything so that's on me. Pedicure was good but I have had better for less money.

Let me start by saying that I've been a die hard dip powder girl for years. I moved to Meridian in July and have since bounced from nail salon to nail salon just trying to get a decent dip mani. I found myself disappointed over and over again by poor quality work, lack of attention to details, and even some less than stellar customer service. Frustrated, I reached out to Nail Therapy on Facebook and found out that they don't do dip, but their reviews were so good and the person running their Facebook was so friendly, I decided to give a gel manicure a go. Jay Si was SUPER friendly, professional, answered all of my questions thoroughly. He made sure I was happy with my nails shape and everything before putting the gel on. He was very detail oriented and I LOVE how my nails turned out--despite the fact that I had to temporarily go shorter due to the damage that the dip powder had done over the years. Jay Si made the point that part of why they don't do dip is because it's unsanitary and the more I pondered that thought--it really is just you jamming your finger in the same jar that 25 other people stuck their fingers in. Yuck! I also had the pleasure of enjoying Victorias company when I was there. She was super sweet, funny, food-motivated (Like myself lol) and made the experience all the more enjoyable. I've heard she's also a great nail tech and if Jay Si was ever unavailable, I wouldn't hesitate to let her do my nails! I'm definitely a dip to gel convert now and already have my next appointment booked!

I personally love coming to this place! The workers, I have found out over my last few months of going regularly, are mostly a family. They all treat you like they have known you for a long time. I personally think that they genuinely care about what they are doing. My only complaint is that they are slow sometimes but that happens everywhere ao it's not that big of a deal to me. I totally recommend visiting these guys!
