I originally met owner Mr. Ron Jackson some years ago. At that time it was in passing and networking of two small business owners.This morning I called because I was now in need of his services. Within 2 hrs. Mr. Jackson and his assistant arrived. They listened as I explained the problems, surveyed my units, crawled thru my attic and even completed a video to walk me thru what damages were done. He first called in parts to see if the unit could be repaired. Having an older unit there ready wasn't much he could do since parts are no longer available.He then completed a inspection of my outer unit and found the problem there as well. Excellent customer service!! I had a very great experience with Jackson Heating and Air. They install a new air/heating system for me three months ago. I started having problems with my heating system, he came over and found out that the problem wasn't the system but some old wiring. He replaced all the wiring and got me back up and running. If you want someone who stands behind their work call Jackson Heating and Air

Mr Jackson and his crew were efficient and timely. They were very professional and very affordable!!! I had no issues with responsiveness. They did a great job and I plan to use them from now onService: HVAC duct & vent installation
