“Today, I took my 13 y/o grandson in for the fitting of his new lenses in his Ray Ban frames he got from Ellis optical last year. The process of ordering the new lenses was just a matter of a phone call and a electronically submitted image of the prescription since the frame dimensions and size were on file already and three days later, the lenses were ready!The Ellis family are genuinely kind and caring people who make you feel right at home in their charmingly lovely new location. We were there less than twenty minutes but, even so, received an apology for the wait time which was nothing short of comfortable and pleasant. There’s also plenty of parking with easy entry/exit. I would give TEN stars if I could!“

“Visiting family & ended up getting a stye. It was relatively minor, but my son’s 1st birthday was the next weekend & I really didn’t want it to get worse. Was very skeptical I’d be able to get an appt. at an eye clinic with such short notice… especially considering I’m not an established patient, but took a chance & gave them a call anyways. Pleasantly surprised when they said they could see me that day AND they accepted TriCare ? Everyone I came in contact with (secretary, techs, and doctor) were so incredibly nice. I saw Dr. E. Johnson who had great bedside manner & had my stye unnoticeable within a week! Pleased to see a clinic running so smoothly in my hometown of Meridian.“
