We purchased a Timbercreek mobile home. Payton was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get our home here! I highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a home! He made the entire process easy as possible and always answered when we called.
I’ll start by saying we absolutely love our home. We have the Cedar Creek by Timber Creek Housing. We ordered on 9/19/25, the first half was delivered 11/17 and the second half was delivered 11/20. Our front door was damaged durning transit on the 2nd half and was left wide open by the crew that delivered. Thankfully we saw and were able to get the door closed before any rain got in. Our home was put together 11/22. The crew that did this made many mistakes. Our home came with specific stickers placed by factory for placement of blocks, and those directions were not followed. We have blocks that are not even touching the framing. We have asked for this to be fixed by our sales person (Zack Hunt) but they have not come back out as of today. This crew also failed to connect the water line between the two halves. They said the pieces were missing. They were in fact not missing, and we found them in the home. However, this was never communicated to us, so when we got our water hooked up, it flooded the underside of our home. We were outside watching the entire process, so there was nothing stopping them from communicating with us. Again, thankfully we were there and able to prevent any damage. Trim out was an absolute mess. Partially due to most of our trim out materials not arriving with our home. Jimmy and his guys showed up 12/4 and informed us they couldn’t complete anything. That day we called Dynamic to have all the materials sent. After 2-3 weeks of waiting, and many calls to dynamic, it turns out the order was never put in. At this point we were frustrated and we purchased the materials ourselves to have our trim out completed. Trim out was not perfect, but as with anything there will always be imperfections. Our home arrived missing oven racks (even though the oven was sealed) and KEYS. This has been communicated and NOT rectified as of yet. We cannot get an ETA on these things, and now we cannot even get a call back. Financing was a breeze, Jade was wonderful to work with. Ordering was simple and efficient. All of our customizations came in how we wanted. Just these few things that have put such a damper on our experience. I do still recommend this dealership, simply due to the pricing. However, the customer service could use some work.
