Absolutely love Serenity Nails, Ly and her staff has been servicing me for over 20 years and they never disappoint, if your ever in Vicksburg or want a nice place to get ur nails done stop here u wont be disappointed ??

I have been going here for 4 years now and typically have a great experience. I'm greeted coming in the door. Josie and Andy are super friendly and do great pedicures. The past few times I've come in, however, I have waited 30 minutes or more for my scheduled appointment. At my most recent appointment, I wasn't even acknowledged as I came in the door; it took about 15 minutes after I sat down for a staff member to ask what I was there for. The salon was not busy either, only two ladies waiting by me and the atmosphere was quiet and calm. Needless to say, I felt awkward and very frustrated. I am also always on time for my appointments. I’ve been dealing with this Nail company since 2023 & I have yet to be disappointed. I always bring out the talent I know they have within them. I have been serviced by Andy, Tina, Kim & the very old guy is my all time favorite. He takes his time & he is soooooo OCD & I LOVE THAT. I will post a few pics. The set I loved the most was the orange & white in honor of my sister who is a Multiple Sclerosis Warrior???
