From the minimal wait time to the attentiveness and compassionate care and all things in between, you can't go wrong in choosing them to treat you. They really care about getting to the root of what's causing your symptoms, are personable and attentive. Most other urgent care clinics in the area rotate doctors through, meaning that the person you are seeing may not have a clue about your history. That's not the case here. They know you, are familiar with your history and this means you are not just another number to them. Keep up the great work, team!“

“I’ve been seeing Aaron Katzenmeyer for years. Some of the front office needs a little bit of training from Chick-fil-A but when you get through the door leading to the back. Dah dah… you will find an ocean of people who care and have empathy. There’s nothing in this world like an old fashioned doctor in this time and age. You can talk to Dr. Katz about anything!!! He’s even saved me a trip a few times. He was still accessible during covid, not in person but you could still see his face.“

“I was referred to Dr. Taylor Smith for bilateral cataract surgery. After sitting down with him he explained what was going on how procedures would be performed. I am really impressed with him and the office staff members. I totally recommend this medical group. Since their Jackson office has moved to Madison it’s totally worth the 1.5hr drive for Dr Smith services. FYI now don’t have to wear prescription glasses. Yeah“
