My wife went in because of severe pain & inflammation in her shoulder & chest, probably due to a strained muscle or dislocated bone. Doctor wasted our time & money by telling her only that she had inflammation (we knew that!), refusing to do an X-ray (that's what we came for!), and prescribing her Ibuprofen (which she was already taking!). Absolutely absurd. Every time we've come here we've left saying we'll never come back again, but we keep forgetting just how bad it is.

Let me start by saying that I don't know about the other Dr's at this locaton but Dr. Gabriel is a wonderfully caring Doctor. It is beyond me why she stays at this dismal clinic. I saw her once before. The office experience then wasn't great but I appreciated her knowledge and bedside manner so much that I decided to see her again. I arrived as previously scheduled for a wellness visit and entered into a small, dimly lit, waiting area teaming with clearly very ill people crammed in like shoppers at a fifty off sale. The nurse doing my drug screen was so rude! I asked before taking it, how full? She just said. As much as you can. I pee’d to the top of the strip! She poured it out and said not enough! I had to sit two more hours drink 40oz of water! Said if I didn’t produce enough this time that it was a refusal! Almost cost me a new job. I will be telling this to my new company also, they will no longer be using mea of Madison for drug screening and d.o.t physicals again! Absolutely uncalled for, the fill line she placed on the second cup was halfway full! I had enough for two drug screens. Nobody needs 55ml of pee for a drug screen! My first one was 45!
