Oh, nobody likes to fork that much money over at one time. So naturally, I would like to give it a less than stellar rating. But since there are two things that are certain in life, such as paying taxes and dying then I would have to say that this tax collector’s office is highly organized and efficient. I have never gone in and had to wait more than 15 minutes. I have also yet come across anybody who is not nice in there. So I believe they deserve five stars.

The service at this office is excellent. There are certain times of the month and year that are very busy, but if you plan, you can try to avoid coming on those particular days. However, even when they are busy, the staff is friendly, courteous, and genuinely wants to help their customers. This may be the best government office (local, county, state, or federal) that I have ever encountered, and I've lived in Memphis, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Dallas in addition to Jackson and now Madison.

Much better than the in incompetent drones in Flora and Canton.These people will actually solve your problems and get your tax money to pay their salaries and do it nicely unlike the previous two locations in Madison County.
