“Summary: I was very impressed with the honestly, integrity, and transparency of this company.

Issue: My Generac home generator was leaking and the company that installed it went out of business. I called several preferred providers and the interaction with McInvale stood out.

They were very professional and polite on the phone so I scheduled an appointment. The Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and confirmed what I suspected. The parts were on back-order and they took a while to arrive during the holidays. The repair was scheduled and completed by the Tech with minimal down time.

It's been almost a year and the generator runs perfect with no leaks.

They said 90% of their business comes from referrals. Pricing is similar to other HVAC and plumbing companies: service call charge, hourly labor, and parts. It can get cost prohibitive but they do offer service plans to lower the cost 15-20% if they perform multiple services at once. In my case, the cost was fully covered under my Generac extended zero deductible 10 year warranty, so there was no out of pocket expense.

Overall, I recommend this company for generator service and I'll post back after they flush my tank-less water heater.“
