“In a day and age where customer service no longer exists, this company is the exception! I have used their services over the years, proudly! I have found them to be extremely professional, trustworthy, and reliable, with great responsiveness returning my calls and coming out to provide service quickly. As a female I’ve run into tradesmen including electricians who have chosen to be less than honest but not Mr Ronnie and his crew. The diagnosis they give I can trust to be honest and fair. Recently he was in another country on vacation on the other side of the globe- and he responded to my text for service. “This is my 4th time using this company and have received nothing but fantastic service from them each time. On this 4th time, I received same day service for a failing A/C outdoor unit capacitor. In June, it gets hot quick and the tech quickly diagnosed it, replaced the part and made sure it worked before leaving. My family and I slept comfortable on a hot and humid night thanks to the tech!“
