“I'm still coming back to the Salon but I wasn't satisfied with my haircut today. Too much was cut off but its bcz it was a miscommunication issue with the stylist & I. I'm sorry if I embarrassed her. I meant no harm but I was the one who was extremely embarrassed! I'm laughing it off now. “My mom and I went to this location on Sunday. My mom placed an online order for pickup. We were running late and ended up going in right before closing. We usually don’t like doing that because we know people like going home on time. Despite us being so close to closing time, Morgan was very helpful and patient. My mom had a question about one of the products in her order and Morgan not only explained everything to her about the product, she suggested alternative products that addressed my mom’s concerns.
