I understand businesses get busy, but when your making these calls you’re already uncomfortable. Their staff is very friendly and helpful; AJ Berrios, Tommy Jones, and Wayne Flurry. Another young lady helped us as well, but I can’t recall her name. It was a pleasant experience in a hard time. They use caskets made in America, which gives jobs to lots of the southeastern US. We felt that was a great idea and liked we were helping put food on a table nearby. Their selection was also nice and we were able to pick something very fitting for our mother. Once I got the call back from other companies, I was baffled by their quotes. We were able to save a substantial amount of money by choosing Trinity Funeral Services and haven’t had a single regret.
