I just got my computer back from Uni-Tech. I took it there for repairs and I am thrilled!! The girls in the front office were so incredibly nice and kind and patient. They answered all my questions...they were very knowledgeable as well as kind. Brandon worked on my computer and I must say, I have never had a sales person or repair person spend as much time with me as Brandon did. He answered all my questions and explained everything in great detail. He stayed in touch with me until he called me to come in to pick it up. They didn't just collect my money and hand me the computer...he called me back to their work area. He then went over everything he did, demonstrating how things were repaired. My laptop computer works like it is brand new. I now understand a great deal that I didn't before. I highly recommend Uni-Tech. We're blessed to have them in Lucedale.

Every time we have been to see these wonderful people, they are just great. Being computer-ignorant is common but they explain the problem, tell you how it can be fixed, the price and great advice. We are really lucky to have such a great place in such a small town.
