This is the Best Gym around Lucedale for sure. Professional setting, Sanitized and Clean, They have many ranges of equipment to use that they don’t mind explaining how to use either! They have a selection of tanning beds also, and supplements and tanning lotions. Highly recommend you check them out. Great prices for the memberships as well!
Power house is an awesome local gym to go get your swole on or just get ya curves right for summer. Ownership is awesome, always professional an helpful. Gym is always clean and being 24hr always open. Highly recommend it
Love working out with friends late night and early mornings before school! Justin and Nessa are wonderful and I as a senior in HS always feel safe, confident and comfortable!! They both go above and beyond for us!
