I want to thank RWS for coming over and looking at and diagnosing my AC for me! They were honest and I felt safe with my older kids being there with them!! They guided me with how to get it covered under my warranty even though I didn’t even realize that was an option!! Thank you for your honesty and for making me feel like good people still exist!!
