I sent this as a message but it is a great review I suppose. Hello, I had my appointment today and I had the pleasure of Simone being my technician. I just wanted to let you know that she made me feel so safe and comfortable. There were no expectations from me, I was able to put my phone away and truly relax and have a moment to myself. I’ve been overburdened with stress and anxiety this week and her kindness and thoughtfulness truly was needed and I can’t stop thinking about my experience with her. I’ve never been treated with such kindness and understanding. I truly appreciate her, her demeanor and the environment you’ve created. I can’t explain enough or put into words how touched I am with her service today. I’ve put myself last with everything and being so overwhelmed, I just needed that time that she gave me today. She was truly needed in my heart today and I’m so thankful to her and her aura.
