Worst place ever. Staff is very rude. If I could give them 0 stars I could. I relocated a hour away and only stayed because I loved Dr.Ariolla when she left I stuck with Dr.Reeves he was willing to still see my two year old because there system didn't send me and updated confirmation to confirm my appointment was 11:00 instead of 11:30 after I talked to them the day before but today was my final straw after hearing the nurse practitioner talk crap behind my back because my baby appointment was going to be 30 minutes because it was a 2 year check up and demanded that I resedule after driving a hour there. Update, ladies in the front office are still unhelpful. They do not make callbacks if they say they will. Hard to even get an appointment made.The folks in the office have a difficult time with getting appointments scheduled and prescriptions correct with many mistakes that needed extra attention. We love our provider and she is the only reason we stay. Too many headaches caused by mistakes.

They were okay at first but since when doctor offices cut the 15 min grace period? For patients thats NOT new. I feel like Amy didn’t want to deal with my baby but that’s fine he’ll never go back I don’t like doctors that have mood swings. She so called had a crazy schedule but NOBODY was there but US so why my baby couldn’t be seen ? All they were going to do was check his weight and other measurements that only would’ve took you 5-10 MINUTES! I should’ve went with Dr. Reeves anyway but oh well .
