The guy didnt even know the address of the funeral home, left out info when asked multiple times to add, and put certain info in the wrong spot when making out the obit. A few of the employees were nice and professional but One in particular seemed to rush us and was little rude. unprofessional in handling of certain details. the bookmarks they sent us a few days after the funeral looks like a child done it.

I have 2 separate experiences with this company which really has me on the fence about my opinion about this.... 1) My mother passed away. My family and I have our funeral plans through this company which we have never used before as we are new to the area. They handled everything amazingly, made the process effortless and showed AMAZING empathy. They listened to every request we had, and the funeral was (almost) how she would've wanted it. I really thought we made the right decision with this company for when the time came for my grandparents.. 2) My grandfather unexpectedly got Covid and passed away suddenly. He had plans on paper and within their system before we even "fully" moved in down here...Nothing was right. It was a MESS! They couldn't find the picture I gave them, UNTIL THE LAST SECOND! The website still says NOTHING of the actual obituary and still doesn't provide the pictures! The first person we talked to (David) was a sweet sweet man, but he really had no idea what he was doing with the system, told us he had it "under control", with us leaving thinking everything will be fine. We were sorely disappointed. The people who work here are amazing, sweet, empathetic people. But I really think a little more skill or time needs to go into the paperwork and "presentation" side of things. I will continue to use this company as again my grandfathers death was sudden, but the fine details, and families preferences on the picture and obituary should be taken as it is our family member...
