Quality Appliance Repair in Jackson was the best home repair experience I have ever been a part of. I called on a Friday morning and needed service that day. I left a message and was contacted back within an hour. The contractor that called, Kevin, asked me the appropriate questions to diagnose the issue with my refrigerator and said he be there within an hour. He showed up in 45 minutes. He was professional, an expert, and personable. He had our refrigerator back up and running within an hour. He was honest and efficient. My experience was a 10 out of 10. The service man came out the same day that I called and had the parts he needed on his truck. He was able to fix my refrigerator and have it back in service in short order. He was polite and courteous and reasonable. I will recommend him to my friends.Services: Dryer repair
