I adopted a cat from MARL and with the voucher the shelter gives you some vets accept them for a free exam good for 7 days. I could tell the cat I adopted had a bad cold so I immediately took him up there after he was ready to go home. Sadly found out there was a lot more than that wrong with him. Thankfully the nice vet helped me out completely with everything and even was good to me on prices. Explained exactly what they needed and didn't need to to do so no extra charges and was even sweet enough to print me out a list of what needs at his next apt so I can make sure to have the money at the time.
