TLDR Don't waste your time here.For many years we got our kids' vaccinations through the HCHD and usually had a wait, but that's par for the course with this kind of institution. We always walked in so of course we had to wait our turn. Then all of a sudden out of no where, we brought the kids for boosters and were turned away because we didn't have an appointment. Last I knew you COULDN'T make an appointment for vaccinations (I had called and asked). So we went elsewhere. Then when it was time for my baby to get her next round, I called to make and appointment... and called... and called... finally tried a different number and got hung up on. I have been trying to apply for WIC three times and I keep getting the run around. Nobody really wanted to help me from the jump I was transferred from one window to another. The Attitudes at The Medical be so unnecessary and unacceptable and i feel sorry for people that have to deal with this place. So unprofessional

This place is a joke. Called 3 times in the past few weeks about required international travel vaccinations. This last time I was redirected 4 different times TO THE SAME PEOPLE before they eventually hung up. Called back again and was transferred to a line that rang and rang. Only gave it 1 star because 0 wasn't an option.
