Professional plummer, did a few tests runs, brought light equipment, left for heavier equipment; came back problem solved. Drain unstopped running like a river flows, and offered professional advice to boot. Need more like him.

Really appreciated the fast and great response when I called. I had a plumbing leak from the pipes under the house and nobody I called were willing to go under there. Carter's plumbing were the only ones willing to accommodate me. I also so had floor damage due to the leak. Carter's also does construction and put in new floors. They took the time to do them right and they look awesome. I'd highly recommend them and would use them again anytime.

Called Mr. Carter late on a Sunday evening and he told me he would be at my residence on Monday morning and he was there. He made it possible for my sewer line to be operational until he could repair it properly. He diagnosed the problem and informed me on what it was and how much it was going to cost. Even though he had other job lined up, he managed to fix my problems and now everything is functioning properly. Up front and straightforward with everything that had to be done to repair it.
