Quick!! That’s what you want when you’re in a terrible situation. They said they would get me within the hour and that’s what they did. They were very quick and prompt. Great tow company. Drivers all seem to be educated on disengaging the vehicles with electronic transmissions like found in BMW, Mercedes, Audi and many more. They are also prompt to get my customers off the road and their cars safely strapped and to me for the repair. My #1 go to company is Kimbles towing in Horn lake, MS.
I had two tires that were busted and I was in need of towing. I went through my insurance and they sent a tow from diesel doc llc. After 3 and a half hours of waiting just to end up having my request canceled because the manger was a total b***** my insurance called for Kimble, who showed up in 8 minutes. They were life savers today and they have a forever customer in me.
