I’ve been off and on at this gym since I was 10 years old, long long before it acquired a new owner. Always been a great gym. Great instruction from every coach. Danny Shell and Will Beard teach the kids classes, and enjoy doing so. Kept the same BJJ instructor, Mr. Fisher, and couldn’t receive better training anywhere else.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Bang Gym. My kids have been going here for about four months now and I have seen great things from them. When my kids first started they were very quiet and shy, and they both had very low self confidence. Since starting classes both the MMA class and the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class I have seen their confidence levels increase exponentially. The instructors Danny, Will, and Mr. Fisher are great role models for the kids. They are all very professional and great with the kids. When you see them working with the kids you can tell that they truly have a heart for helping them. While the focal point of the classes are to learn self defense the kids are also learning self control, discipline, and building confidence. The instructors always providing a positive atmosphere and are always encouraging the kids to bring in their report cards to praise their accomplishments. They let the kids know to never tell themselves that they can't accomplish something, but to continue trying. I would recommend Bang Gym to anyone looking for a great family gym.

We have been coming here for about 8 months and cannot recommend this gym enough! We started with one child attending class, then our second son joined, then the third, and lastly my daughter! The atmosphere is very family oriented and encouraging. I love how the kids cheer each other on and support each other! They have made many friends in the class. The instructors are patient, effective, and really take the time to work with each child one-on-one as needed. They ask the kids how their school day went, encourage them to bring in their report cards, and celebrate their accomplishments.
