This was a preventative maintenance service for my air conditioner prior to summer use. Charles, the technician, was excellent. He called prior to the visit to let me know he was on his way. He showed up within a short time. He came into the house and did a temperature reading of all the vents and return air grills. He then went up into the attic to check out the return air component and then proceeded to look at the condenser. After that he rechecked the vent temperature readings for a comparison. These guys are very honest and dependable. Came out today and fixed a problem and got me up and running. Very trustworthy company. They have put in 7 units for the 2 houses I have had dating back to 1982. great work Thank You !!!!!!!!!!

We are always pleased with the service we receive with southern Heating and Air. We have been using them for many years. We have a servicing contract for spring and fall cleaning our units. Well worth every penny!!
