After being blown off multiple times by another local plumber who had done some work for us when we first moved here, we attempted to remove a jacuzzi tub ourselves to begin a bathroom remodel. The water to the house would just not shut off completely and a pipe kept leaking, so we called Dixie Plumbing, and they were at our house in less than 10 minutes flat. “I can't say enough positive things about our experience. We were packed and ready to leave for vacation at 3am and woke up to a hot house. We called our regular a/c business at 7am and was told that it would be an emergency appt and someone wouldn't call us until the afternoon. I started calling any number I could find. Finally, Wayman was my hero! I told him the situation and it worked out that he was close by and generously offered to come over in 15 minutes. He found the issue, replaced the part, and did a tune up all in about an hour. Needless to say, we will be having him service our hvac from now on. As part of RW’s comfort club, I requested to have my annual flushing for my tankless water heater. We received exceptional care and attention to our system. But thanks to Todd’s attention to detail, he noticed an issue with my dryer vent and went out of his way to help me fix it and show me how to do it myself.
