This was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. These folks are so hands off, not involved hardly at all. They have a builders’ agent that goes back and forth, is super unorganized and could care less if you’re truly happy or not. After spending months and months waiting for our home to finished and being told it would be ready by a certain time, we resigned that it would be about a month behind. Fine, things happen. One of the major things we wanted was a oil rubbed bronze banister instead of black, it was a deal breaker for us since EVERYTHING else in the house was bronze. We show up for our first walkthrough and of course it’s black. We were assured it would be taken care of. They then sent in what seems to be a kindergarten child to sand a few scratches into the banister and paint it with a little gold paint and call it oil rubbed bronze. Then after we decide to swallow that we move in and not even 3 weeks has gone by and the ground around my septic is starting to sink and expose my tank, I have a huge drainage ditch running on one side of my yard, and the grade of my back yard is so bad that I’ve already lost half my sod. Reach out to the builder’s agent and he says they won’t do anything about it. None of my windows are square, they overcharged us for paint. I would strongly recommend steering clear of this builder and anyone associated with this company.
