Our air was blowing but not cold and he had us fixed up quick and ready for the hotter temperatures ahead. 5 ⭐️ business for a reason! “Richard and his crew at RC Professionals were awesome. They installed a complete brand new unit for our upstairs. It was 120 degrees in the attic where they were working. They are professional, kept everything clean, installed everything correctly and to code. They even identified some small safety issues with my hot water heaters and fixed them at no cost. I would recommend this time to anybody and everybody. Truly knowledgeable and is passing on the knowledge to a couple of young apprentices to keep the trade of HVAC moving forward into the future. “I can't say enough positive things about our experience. We were packed and ready to leave for vacation at 3am and woke up to a hot house. We called our regular a/c business at 7am and was told that it would be an emergency appt and someone wouldn't call us until the afternoon. I started calling any number I could find. Finally, Wayman was my hero! I told him the situation and it worked out that he was close by and generously offered to come over in 15 minutes. He found the issue, replaced the part, and did a tune up all in about an hour. Needless to say, we will be having him service our hvac from now on. Good honest customer service is hard to find and I am so appreciative for his willingness to squeeze us in. THANK YOU THANK YOU! A++++++“

“I just want to say that I was in deep trouble with both of my air condition units, the 5 Ton had stopped cooling and the 2 ton had stopped working, while playing a game online an advertisement from R.W. Heating & Air came up and I schedule an appointment for 10 am the next morning, they showed up on time and with in two hours the tech have both units up and cooling the house down, great job, I will recommend them anytime“
