Claire is so knowledgeable and professional. She customizes classes to the needs of her students and ensures that you are using proper form. Her classes are fun and engaging. I always learn something and come away feeling so much better than when I arrived!

Tried several yoga studios and instructors in Hattiesburg area. Claire is the best!! She is very knowledgeable and care about everyone’s wellbeing. I’m trying to recover from shoulder injury and she is helping me a lot. I will recommend her to anyone.
