Tammy met me at the door and said, "Camille, I've been waiting for you!" It was such a defining moment for me because of the isolation of quarantine and the past couple years battling postpartum...it turned a light on inside me like, "Yes! Someone is happy to see me. I'm welcome in this space!" The Beginners Class was beautiful. It didn't feel like "exercise" like some yoga classes can feel, but like a real spiritual environment that cultivates peace and well-being. It was such a homey and community atmosphere. No competition. No comparison. Just love and acceptance. What a dear blessing for Hattiesburg. I can't wait to go back!

I contacted Tammy a few weeks back to see about putting together a yoga event for my sorority. She was so excited and willing to work with me to make this happen.There was amazing communication and she was an absolute dream to work with.On top of all of that, this was honestly the best yoga class I have ever taken and those who attended the class can agree!I highly recommend Tammy and The Yoga Room!The event was a success and we all had so much fun, I loved getting to know/work with Tammy!! Would definitely do it again!
