I'm welcome in this space!" The Beginners Class was beautiful. It didn't feel like "exercise" like some yoga classes can feel, but like a real spiritual environment that cultivates peace and well-being. It was such a homey and community atmosphere. No competition. No comparison. Just love and acceptance. What a dear blessing for Hattiesburg. I can't wait to go back!“
