“Tammy met me at the door and said, "Camille, I've been waiting for you!" It was such a defining moment for me because of the isolation of quarantine and the past couple years battling postpartum...it turned a light on inside me like, "Yes! Someone is happy to see me. I'm welcome in this space!" The Beginners Class was beautiful. It didn't feel like "exercise" like some yoga classes can feel, but like a real spiritual environment that cultivates peace and well-being. It was such a homey and community atmosphere. No competition. No comparison. Just love and acceptance. What a dear blessing for Hattiesburg. I can't wait to go back!“
