They value collaboration with each and every client so both clients and stylists are in agreement with the services rendered before the service begins. Stacey F. who is the mother of an adult client left an inaccurate review of her adult daughter's experience with Frilly Beauty Lounge. This mother who was and is in Louisiana misrepresented the experience and failed to include her extremely foul and inappropriate language creating a hostile experience for her daughter, the stylist, other stylists and clients, and the business owner. She embarrassed her daughter and the came to yelp to hide behind a negative review. i find it quite interesting that someone would leave such a scathing review after she demonstrated a complete lack of class complete with yelling, harassment, and profanity! Tell me, Stacey F. , do the words defamation of character and libel mean anything to you?? And is it possible that your complete disregard and dehumanization of the stylist have anything at all to do with the fact that the stylist was a woman of color?! Check your blind spots, Stacey F. There's having questions and/or concerns about any service and reducing yourself to such unhinged behavior like that you exhibited today.“
