For the past year I knew replacing my roof replacement was a high priority. Because of past bad experiences and poor service from roofers I was very cautious about making the wrong selection again. I developed a leak in my bedroom from upstairs dormer. I called Watkins and Jeff Thomas came out to check my leak. He put silicone around the area hoping to stop the leak. A week later it leaked a small amount so I called Jeff and told him I guess I needed to get them to put a tarp over that area. Great communication regarding the date of upcoming roof installation! Weekly phone calls for reminders. Showed up on time. Cleaned up well after the job! Can’t say enough about their work !!! I will always recommend this company!
Watkins came right out gave us a reasonable estimate our church family at Mt Zion had no trouble choosing them when discussed.Watkins scheduled a day and sent us several reminders and came they day scheduled.removed old roofing.Replaced bad plywood and rafter.Finished same day.Everyone in church pleased as far as I know.
