Every single person we interacted with was great, but I’d especially like to say our vet tech (who unfortunately I did not get her name, but she had blonde hair and seemed young) was one of the best I’ve ever had. Her and our vet, Dr. rossum (sp?) explained everything clearly and had a genuine interest in helping us much as they could. They have earned our trust and we will be coming here from now on.“
