Rude af! Save your money and time. Worst nail place in all of Mississippi. The older guy is rude and has no manners. The nails were lumpy and looked like my 6 yr old did them. It's also very unsanitary. He pushed My cuticle with his bare fingernail!! NEVER again!!
Hate it!!! Save all your money and go to another place. I have many recommendations. The older guy is rude, has no manners, and, is really rough. He pulls and yanks my hand!! Never again!!
This is hands down the worst service I've EVER received. The nail techs were horrendous and eventually violent towards me. I truly don't understand how they are still in business. I was unable to get into my usual nail salon and made the unfortunate decision to stop here simply because their hours say they're open until 7pm. I asked for nail dip and told the lady that I didn't like the way my nails looked after the first round of dipping them into the powder. She told me that she would fix it. After the second round I told the nail tech that I didn't like how they looked and again she said that she would fix them. I asked her to take the powder off and she said let her fix it, so I gave her yet another chance. She put clear polish over the dip and it STILL looked absolutely awful. I told her AGAIN that I did not like it and asked her to take it off. She got the older guy (I assume the owner) to come over. He told me that they looked great. I explained that I told her several times I do not like them and to please take them off. He told me to come back tomorrow. I told him I cannot come back and asked AGAIN for them to just take it off. I explained that I did not want them fixed, did not want anything different, only for them to take off the dip. He said that he had been doing nails for 20 years and that's how dip is suppose to look. He also told me that I should've know that powder dip looks different than acrylic before I asked for it. I explained that I know what dipped nails look like and that I still don't like how my nails looked. He told me they were leaving (about an hour before the posted closing time) and walked off. The lady then told me that I owed her $45. I told her that I absolutely would not pay full price considering I had expressed several times that I did NOT like how they looked and asked her to take it off. I handed her a $20 bill and she threw it at me, screamed at me, told me that I was cheap and disgusting. This woman continued to scream at me as I collected my things and left. I have never in my life had an experience like this in any customer service setting. It's beyond appalling.
